Solutions are based on system modeling, field testing or both. In the process the following are investigated: stress, pulsation-vibration, environmental noise control, noise silencing, fluid-solid interaction, machinery performance, and metering problems (orifice, turbine and ultrasonic meters). While predicting structural responses, 3-D wave propagation is determined, if required. Performance of acoustic elements in machinery and piping systems are optimized and the responses are corrected so that they meet industry guidelines. Commercial FE packages and in-house software, all proven in industrial applications, are used. Arcus also designs customized software to facilitate information management.
